Answer: Hate my protruding eyes; what do I do and what are the risks? A full set of facial photographs of the patient, not a model are required to make a determination about a surgical procedure. The primary goal for upper eyelid surgery is to remove excess skin creating the hooded look. The primary goal for lower eyelid surgery is to move the fatty deposits creating the puffy look through a trans-conjunctival incision, located on the inside of the eyelid. It's also important to make sure that there's no thyroid issues making the eyes protruded. Best to check your primary care physician first.
