I want my eyes to be somewhat like the shape (in picture), and get rid of my under eye lines. Is their any procedure that does so and what are the risk?
Answer: Prominent eyes In the absence of a specific disease causing the prominent eyes there is not much that can be offered cosmetically. Blepharoplasties could accentuate the prominent appearance. Consider discussing your concerns with an oculoplastic surgeon. Best wishes.

Answer: Options for protruding eyes There are various options to make bulging eyes appear less bulgy, with some riskier than others, including filling around the eyes, orbital rim implants, orbital decompression, etc. See following link for one such option. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for consultation.

Answer: Prominent eyes Some people have very prominent eyes. Often this i caused by a medical condition called graves disease or thyroid eye disease. But often it is due to trauma or just being born that way. This can be quite concerning for many people in that it makes them appear intense or not normal. Many patients ask if there is anything that can be done and in the past the answer was not too much at least safel Now that is untrue. We specialize in moving the eyes back or improving this "bulging" appearance for patients using surgical and nonsurgical methods. This is specialized surgery that very few doctors would offer but our group has done thousands of these surgeries and our patients are very happy. Bear in mind that not everyone has bulging eyes even if it can appear that way. The first step is a complete assessment which can often be started online. Once you find out all the options including procedures to camouflage or reduce the appearance of eye bulging, you may decide moving the eyes is not something you want. You should have an evaluation by a qualified oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and then consider all options.

Answer: Hate my protruding eyes; what do I do and what are the risks? A full set of facial photographs of the patient, not a model are required to make a determination about a surgical procedure. The primary goal for upper eyelid surgery is to remove excess skin creating the hooded look. The primary goal for lower eyelid surgery is to move the fatty deposits creating the puffy look through a trans-conjunctival incision, located on the inside of the eyelid. It's also important to make sure that there's no thyroid issues making the eyes protruded. Best to check your primary care physician first. For many examples of cosmetic eyelid surgery, please see the link and the video below
