If your lower lids are being pulled down after lower eyelid blepharoplasty, this may be best assessed while you're not smiling. If that is the case, and if it is causing you a lot of aggravation, please consider visiting a reputable oculoplastic surgeon to evaluate you. I previously responded to your first post. Your blepharoplasty did not help you look more beautiful. It is possible to reverse, correct, or improve many of these changes to soften your appearance from the harsh look caused by your botched blepharoplasty. There is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment. Please be aware that I have colleague to position themselves as aesthetic revisional surgeons who really are not in that business. It can be very discouraging to encounter these individuals because they can tell you inaccurate and hurtful things. That is really not helpful. Please understand that you will need to travel for this care. You will not find it locally. Your eyes can be your best feature.
