How can my bulging eyes be improved? (Photo)

My eyes have always looked like they pop out. I have always been insecure about it for as long as I can remember. My eyelids outline the shape of my eyeball. I don't know what procedure or treatment could address this issue, mainly because I'm not quite sure what would need to be fixed to get rid of the prominence. I don’t have thyroid issues and I have never had any injury to my eye.
