If the vertical groove you’re referring to is caused by muscle activity, Botox can be administered to relax the associated muscle and reduce the appearance of the indention. Otherwise, dermal filler can be meticulously injected to restore volume and smooth the forehead line. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced expert injector. Injecting a dermal filler in the forehead is an advance technique and is not a common procedure even for an experienced injector, but yes it is possible.

The easiest solution to try would be botox. It has the least amount of risks and has other aesthetic benefits as well! This is where I would begin to resolve this concern you have.

It is difficult to say why the groove is present, but the first thing I would try is Botox. If this cures the issue, then repeat the treatments as needed every 3-6 months.
