I have three divots/dents/dimples in my skull from emergency brain surgery and I'm bald. It looks horrible if you stare at them but, hey, I'm alive. I'm having a difficult time understanding why it's so difficult to "fill" these dime sized dents in. I don't mind being bald because I'm 6'1", 235 lbs and I carry myself well. However, I am conscious about the dents and I'm tired of answering questions about them. Suggestions?

Hi, Thanks for your question. Diluting filler with saline will not increase the safety. Using blunt cannulas, slow-injection technique, and having a trained, qualified plastic surgeon to perform the injections can improve safety.
