Although photos are never a substitute for an in-person examination that allows for palpation and manipulation of the tissues, it does appear that these dents are potentially amenable to a couple of simple treatment options within the skin overlying the bony depressions. I agree with Dr Novick. I would subcise and then try to inject saline. If areas fill well with saline then they should do well with a filler. I would be sure to use an experienced dermatologist as this is simple when one has done a lot of this before but it is not just a stick and fill procedure.

Many fillers would do the job but I still would recommend that you have autologous fat grafting as it will produce natural and permanent results. Make sure you go to a plastic surgeon with lots of experience in fat grafting as well as good results. Good luck from New York City plastic surgery
