I have not used Versa in the chin and find no need too. Restylane Lyft is my prefer product when treating the chin. It's high G' helps to project and define the chin.
Versa is very similar to Juvederm. I would not use voluma or versa for the chin augmentation but perlane or Restylane Lyft is a great product for just such a purpose. Good luck from New York City plastic surgery

Hi, Thanks for your question. Diluting filler with saline will not increase the safety. Using blunt cannulas, slow-injection technique, and having a trained, qualified plastic surgeon to perform the injections can improve safety.
