"sitting" on thighs after BBL

I am 12 Days PO and have returned to work . I am sitting on rolled up towels and only putting on my thighs NON on my buttocks, can i still somehow me hurting the fat that was transferred? I asked my surgeon and he says as long as my buttocks is in the air with no pressure i will be fine.

Your butt will likely be sore for several days. maybe longer.  Usually after a few weeks you can sit on your buttocks.
