Hi, in April 2015 (3 years ago) I had abdominoplasty. I'm pretty lean and I was before the surgery. I have a shelf or pouch right above my incision, what is that? Is it fat? Excess skin? I was told this is common with leaner people and that another surgery to bring it lower is necessary. Is this common with leaner people and what is the best course of action?
