I had my bowel movement for the first time 7 days after my tummy tuck but it was very little so I still felt very constipated, so two days later on day number 9 I went again and this time it hurt it a lot when I had to push and I felt like something move inside my tummy, I called the doctor and she told me if everything look the same it was because probably everything was okay but I'm still very worried and I want to ask if somebody went through something similar thank you

Thank you for your question. I would first see your plastic surgeon to discuss this matter. It's very unusual that surgery or swelling would affect your BM's. You may also have to consult a GI specialist for further workup.
Your plastic surgeon will be your best guide when it comes to your plan to tattoo over the scar. In my practice, I would likely ask that you wait until you are at least 12 months out of surgery. Best wishes.
