29 yrs/5'3/105 lbs. 11 CM across each breast. Do NOT want super fake, top heavy breasts. However, I want nice, full, natural looking breasts. Doctor told me that I am almost forced to go with high profile since I am 11 cm across and I want 350cc. I do not want high profile, as they look extremely fake. Size chart looks like if I want moderate profile I need to go with 265cc. Is there any wiggle room? What is the largest I can go with them still looking natural, and proportionate with my body?

Answer: What is the largest I can go being 11cm across and them still looking some what natural and proportionate with body? I think that your surgeon is giving you good advice. You don't want the implant to be wider than your natural breast, especially if you are wanting a natural look. The same volume looks different on different women, based on their frame and measurements. You have a thin, athletic frame, so the implant will look larger on you than some women. If you are set on 350 cc's, than I would recommend the high profile implant as well. You are going to look great no matter what implant you chose. Good luck!

Answer: Breast Implant Sizing Hello,The reality is that you can't have your cake and eat it too. Although implant profile is a factor, the size of the implant is the most powerful determinant of how fake you look. Your surgeon, like so many others, only recognizes breast width in their 'biodimensional planning'. This is an error that can get a lot of women in trouble - leading to double bubble - especially when a HP implant is placed under a tight, unyielding breast. You should visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon who specialize in breast surgery. Best of luck!
