37yo NW-3V. Started very slight thinning in the crown at about age 23-24; started minoxidil then. Added finasteride age 29, which did not completely halt progression, so started dutasteride 3 yrs later at 32. I've progressed to NW-3V today at 37, still losing ground. Seems as if I've lost more hair the past 3-4 years, than I did the first 10. Can I expect this type of loss to continue, or could it stabilize? Considering HT, but not sure, while thinning more. Also, should I stay on anti-androgen?
