Is there a correlation between filler-bivariant swelling reaction and breast implant illness?

Despite great efforts in conducting prospective trials, BII is an entity that appears to only have a correlation with women who report anxiety/health anxiety, and who prefer to get their medical information online instead of from physicians (suggesting mistrust of the medical community). As an aside, the group of women entering one trial with self reported BII actually had saline implants more than silicone gel, so it's not something inherent with silicone gel. Bottom line: stay off of social media (well, mostly Facebook), and you will not 'get' BII. Go get your breast implants.
