When I smile, what I think is a tendon (tear trough tendon maybe?) sticks out really prominently under my left eye. Whatever it is seems to attach medically at the corner of my eye/at my nose and then protrudes downwards diagonally in a semi circle (like the orbicularis oculi muscle?) to my mid cheek. It looks awful and makes me look much older than I am. Could Botox fix this? Filler? Surgery? It's not just the under eye but there is also a depression medial to the tendon when I smile.
