Does all breast reduction via liposuction cause a slight breast lift or does it cause sagging?

Doctors seem to be in disagreement about this. All I want is a reduction in one cup size, less projection of my breasts. Can lipo help instead of traditional breast reduction?

Liposuction is usually used on the higher part of the armpit and the lower part so it can have a round shape with a right projection.
