I had my first Kybella treatment 4wks ago. My 2nd treatment is in a few weeks. Can I expect the recovery (swelling) to be the same, less than the rust treatment or worse?
Answer: Degree of Swelling after Kybella Second Treatment and Beyond The general consensus is that post-treatment swelling and redness is the worst after the first Kybella treatment and gets better during the later treatments, assuming the quantity injected is the same. This may be because there is less fat to dissolve with each subsequent treatment. In other words, your recovery should not be worse than the first treatment.. but there are always exceptions to the rule! Hope this helps!

Answer: Swelling after 2nd Treatment I would expect your experience with the second treatment to be very similar to the first treatment. I typically recommend patients wait 6-8 weeks- 4 weeks is the minimum- in between treatments.
