What can be used to correct the crease/shadow between my nose and cheek when I smile? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty two years ago which I am less than happy with, I really don’t like the changes it has made to my profile in terms of the shadows, creases and lines it has created particularly when I take pictures. One that bothers me most is this crease that is created when I smile that attaches from my eye all the way down to my mouth which is unflattering and makes my nose look bigger. What caused this and can filler or Botox help to smooth this area and make it continuous?

I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns.  From the limited view it may be improved with filler, but an examination and further discussion of your concerns is needed to know for sure.
