Hi, Thanks for your question and the photos.  I think that you should see your original surgeon to discuss your concerns.  He or she may be able to treat the crease with fillers.  I hope this helps!

Thanks for the lateral photos, frontal view for this question would also be helpful. I would suggest you visit the surgeon who performed the rhinoplasty to review your concerns. I would recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns.  From the limited view it may be improved with filler, but an examination and further discussion of your concerns is needed to know for sure.
