Is there any real difference between the Prima and Perfecta lasers?

I have rosacea that I would like to have treated. I had three rounds of IPL at my dermatologist's office and it didn't do a thing. I've been reading that the the prima and perfecta are the newest and the best, but is one better than the other? Also what's the average cost? Thank you.
