What can be done to shorten my mid face? (photos)

Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments can provide skin tightening and lift. Because I don't have any side views of your face it appears that your face is actually quite well proportioned except for the cheeks being absent. Usually it's hereditary and most likely comes from your father having absolutely no cheeks whatsoever. I would recommend having autologous fat grafting to the cheek area which will produce beautiful little apples for you and nice definition of the cheeks.  In the hands of a good fat grafting plastic surgeon the results should be extremely natural and permanent. In the front view the nose appears to be quite nice but I don't know what to tell you because I don't have the profile of you once again. It looks like you're heading in the right direction.  Rhinoplasty will be able to help the central portion of your midface, but you're right to address the cheeks also.  It looks like you may have lost some volume in the tear troughs, which has the tendency to make your face look longer than it used to.  Some of the Restylane/Juvederm products would be able to address this, but fat grafting would too.  It may be worthwhile discussing this with your surgeon, as either could be placed at the same time as the rhinoplasty.
