I was planning on buying embrace Active Scar Defense sheeting for my scar therapy. I have read that massaging your scars helps w the repair. Since the embrace sheeting is kept on for 10 days at a time can I massage the scar over the sheeting? Or is there something better I should use that is removeable.

This C-section scar appears to be sunken and adherent and also appears to have uneven texture and color. This type of scar usually responds well to subcision and Fraxel 1550nm laser treatment. Occasionally, treatment with a laser like the PicoSure Laser can be used to even out the color.
