What is the best silicone scar sheeting? (photo)

Question

I was planning on buying embrace Active Scar Defense sheeting for my scar therapy. I have read that massaging your scars helps w the repair. Since the embrace sheeting is kept on for 10 days at a time can I massage the scar over the sheeting? Or is there something better I should use that is removeable.

We routinely use Embrace Scar therapy on all of our scars.  It is the only FDA approved scar therapy that has data that shows that it works.

Dear 222mall,We tape incisions once a week for 6 weeks. Lastly we start a 3 month topical scar management protocol with a scar gel thats FDA approved. But every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. Each Doctor will have their preferred after care. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for after care recommendations.
