They're about 4 years old. Raised. I recently started using silicone sheets again after getting decent results with them in the past. They're great for concealing, especially since I live in a hotter climate now but I'd like to know my other options. Would dermabrasion work? Lasers? Or will the silicone sheets flatten them enough to where I can get a tattoo comfortably. I'm an african american 21 year old female. Thanks!

This C-section scar appears to be sunken and adherent and also appears to have uneven texture and color. This type of scar usually responds well to subcision and Fraxel 1550nm laser treatment. Occasionally, treatment with a laser like the PicoSure Laser can be used to even out the color.
I would use a combination of Plato's Scar Serum, subcision, and fractional laser with PRP SC to help with your cleft lip scar.Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon
