How soon can I get microneedling done after septorhinoplasty?

I had a septorhinoplasty 3 weeks ago. Cartilage from my ear was utilized to make a tip implant. I have thick oily skin. At what point can I get microneedling done? Thanks!

I recommend following your Dr's protocols. As long as the tissue is healed, this should be fine. I always add prp to microneedling for best results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thank you for your question about microneedling.  I recommend consulting your surgeon in regards to how long you should allow the area to heal before microneedling.  Typically I would wait several months, the nose can be tender for an extended period of time following a rhinoplasty.  You should be safe to treat your face immediately, just avoid the nose area.       
To be sure you receive appropriate treatment,
see two or more experienced, licensed and board-certified providers in your
area for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that
it is safe for you to have treatment. I hope this helps.
