Rhinoplasty cost for a bulbous, wide nose? (Photo)

Rhinoplasty prices vary greatly
because the rhinoplasty procedure itself encompasses a wide range of
techniques that can be performed to different extents.Therefore the cost
range is pretty wide from $6000-$12,000. My recommendation is to first
find qualified surgeons   that are board certified by the American Board
of Plastic Surgery or the American Board of Otolaryngology. Find one or
two surgeons you trust, then compare prices between them. Factors that
influence the price include:
1. Location - Will it be performed in a hospital with an overnight
stay, an independent out- patient facility or a doctors office?
2. Type of Anesthesia -  IV sedation or General Anesthesia? Will a
board certified anesthesiologist or a nurse anesthetist be used, or an
RN?
    
 
3. Experience and training of your surgeon. The best
trained (and longest) would be a surgeon board  certified by the
American Board of Plastic Surgery, but also consider American Board of
Otolaryngology trained surgeons
    
 4. Length and Complexity of
Surgery - Tip Rhinoplasty only or complete rhinoplasty, open or closed
technique, deviated septum repair,or breathing problems corrected, , how
long, ?etc

Since you only show a front on view and no side view e information is limited as to what you need.  If you only need the tip done and nostrils reduced, expect the total cost to be $6000 to $7000.  If your bridge needs to be lowered as well, figure another $2000 to $3000.

 You probably only need a tip plasty with or without alar excisions. I would need to see a full set of photographs to give you a better answer or an examination of your nose. The cost varies according to what needs to be done and how much time it will take. Look for a surgeon who does natural looking noses!

 The cost of a  rhinoplasty is driven by 3 fees, which include the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in the operating room, time under anesthesia with an anesthesiologist, and the surgeon's professional fee for performing the rhinoplasty procedure. The bulbous tip is addressed with a combination of suture techniques, and conservative cartilage removal as well applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip.   Hi, based upon the attached photos the nasal tip could be thinned and refined without a full Rhinoplasty.  A Tip-plasty would create the desired changes and has a much faster recovery time.  We've had acctresses go back on set 5 days after a retrograde tip-plasty to thin their nasal tips.  Cost will depend on the experience, reputation, location and skill of the Rhinoplasty Surgeon and shouldn't be the determining factor IMHO.  Typical cost for Tip-plasty ranges from $5,500 - $7,500.  Hope this helps.  

Your bulbous tip can be improved but cost will depend on what needs to be done. Neither picture shows your entire nose. I need to see a full set of pictures as described on my website for nasal evaluation.
