Answer: Radix graft You do have a deep radix and a radix graft is one solution. I personally feel radix grafts are used more often than it really needs to be. I haven’t used one in years. The surgery is simpler with a graft, but be prepared to get conflicting opinions about it. The down side of a radix graft is that it might shift or become noticeable when the swelling does down.

Answer: Deep radix Hi,Your radix is too deep and you have a very small dorsal hump. In terms of treatment, fillers can be very effective in raising the radix and camouflaging the dorsal hump. The downside to fillers are that they are not permanent. The upside is that non-surgical nasal augmentation takes a few minutes and there is no downtime.
