Is my radix too deep, or do I have a dorsal hump, or both? (Photo)

I would recommend starting with a consultation with a board certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty surgery to discuss if rhinoplasty can address your concerns. 
I would recommend writing down the following questions before scheduling your consultation:
1. Are you unhappy with the tip of your nose? 
2. Do you feel that your nose is too wide? 
3. Do you want to make your nostrils smaller in appearance? 
4. Are you looking to decrease the general size of your nose?
I hope some of these questions will help you pinpoint what it is that you don't like about your nose.  Cost will vary due to various factors like anesthesia fees, facilities fees, etc. I wish you the best as you research your options when scheduling a rhinoplasty consultation.

You do have a deep radix and a radix graft is one solution.  I personally feel radix grafts are used more often than it really needs to be.  I haven’t used one in years.  The surgery is simpler with a graft, but be prepared to get conflicting opinions about it.  The down side of a radix graft is that it might shift or become noticeable when the swelling does down.

Rhinoplasty for the deep radix with a hump and a very short nose. You would benefit from a radix graft and hump removal along with a septal extension graft. See a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you photos of noses just like yours that he has done.

You do have a deep radix which makes your nasal profile look like it has a dorsal hump when you really don't. Computer imaging will be able to show you what happens when your radix is augmented. This combined with a tip deprojection will be the best change you can make for your facial profile.

Hi,Your radix is too deep and you have a very small dorsal hump. In terms of treatment, fillers can be very effective in raising the radix and camouflaging the dorsal hump. The downside to fillers are that they are not permanent. The upside is that non-surgical nasal augmentation takes a few minutes and there is no downtime. I recommend consulting with a rhinoplasty expert to discuss all options.Best,

A general guideline is the radix should be depressed about 6mm in a female. You may be slightly above this and filler is a quick and easy way to make a change without getting into a rhinoplasty. 
On another level, from the pictures you show your nasal tip seems a bit overprojected and so to treat your nose fully I would perform a rhinoplasty and deproject the nose (make the tip sit closer to the face) and adjust the contour of the dorsum to match.

Like you said it, a little bit of both in my opinion; neither is too bad but together they are making your dorsum more horizontal than desirable. But subtle for sure.
