In order to stay calm and mentally healthy in my septorhinoplasty recovery period, I would like to schedule some relaxation massages. As long as these were upright (focusing on the shoulders, neck and feet) and stayed away from the facial area, at what week post-operatively would this be considered safe? Thanks!
