I have been wanting breast aug for about 10 years now. Have had 4 consults and am still unsure as to what I should do. I have very small breasts with a small torso. They were measured to 11cm/11.5cm. Recent Canadian doctor said he can only fit 345cc at the absolute max. That to me is not large enough. What can I do in this case ? And why is it that American doctors are more willing to take the risk and place larger implants ?
Answer: Implant size I think a 345 cc implant is perfectly fine if you want to be a mid range C cup. A larger implant can be inserted if you desire without difficulty. You just need to decide what size you want to be.

After I do this with my patients, we then look at pictures of women with similar measurements with different size breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them.

Select a couple and schedule consultations with them. They will be able to guide you to the correct size implant for your measurements and desires. Measurements of the chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy.
