Doctors do not know what it is, and are guessing at the treatment. Dermatologist appt. is months away. MetroGel doesn't work Rosiver Cream doesn't work Antibiotic topical does not work Penicillin 3xBid 500mg x 10 days does not work Currently on Tetracycline 3xBid 250mg x 20 days along with Fudicin (cortisone/antibiotic cream) not working.

Answer: Probably perioral dermatitis It is hard to tell on the picture but it does not look like their blisters . Perioral dermatitis is similar to rosacea but is usually caused by overuse of topical steroids . Doxycycline or Minocycline can be used and it can take several months for this to get better . If there is any further doubt a biopsy can always be done .

Answer: Eruption on face Absolutely not rosacea. History would help. Appears to be a viral infection and may be a primary herpes or herpes type II Valtrex should help,stop all the other things as they will do nothing also apply vinegar compresses to dry upL
