5 months ago I did a outer thighs liposuction but I saw dipping on my left leg thigh as shown on the pics. I want to know what can I do to get rid of that? Do i have to do a new surgery?
Answer: #liposuctionRevision This is likely due to superficial liposuction in a normally convex area. Typically these appear about 3 months after surgery as the swelling resolves and/or any damaged fat cells are absorbed. The best treatment is fat grafting with possible feathering liposuction of the area around the dip. The best surgeon to perform this is usually your original surgeon.

Answer: Uneven after liposuction Dear mahsamasy,I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately. The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before. The revision can often be done under local as well. You will probably need a fat transfer. Answer: Correction of liposuction deformity As the coauthor of a Chapter in Dr. Sydney Coleman’s (the pioneer of correction of liposuction deformities with fat grafting) latest book on correction of liposuction deformities I can advise you that the indentation you have can be fixed. Fat grafting to that area would be the only treatment. This is where fat is suctioned from a different part of the body, processed, and then grafted to the area where the deformity is located. I recommend you find someone experienced with this type of procedure. Hope this helps.
