I look like I have a half breast . One is wide and not full at the bottom and the other is full and narrow. Is this capsular contractor ? Will this drop ,? Is the skin just not stretching fast enough ?? Severe bruising and bleeding out bottom incision . Surgeon told me it will resolve in its own and to let it drain . Looks like something is not right :(
Answer: Asymmetric Breasts Hello, There are many potential things going on here that can't all be determined by photos, however what is certain is you had more bruising then is considered normal or ideal (no bruising). Based on the pattern of your bruises, you had bleeding around one or both of your implants, and one or both may have residual blood in the pockets. This is not the best starting point for your breasts but there is not much you can do now but heal. Alternatively, your surgeon can send you for a diagnostic ultrasound to look for fluid/blood that can be aspirated. After 3 to 4 months, you will get a better idea how things look. If you are not happy, and if your doctor is not an ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeon, you may want to have a few consultations with surgeons who are and that specialize in revision breast surgery.Best of luck!

Answer: 20 days post op, severe bruising and asymmetry. Any suggestions? Looks like you may have a hematoma...best to follow up with your operating surgeon again because he may need to take you back to the OR to clean out the old blood. Good luck!

Answer: Post op breast surgery The best advice is to consult your surgeon. Only he/she will know what is exactly going on in the postoperative period. Remember time is the healer. Be patient. The breasts need to heal and settle before judging the result.
