I am an 18 year old girl. I am fit, active, and heal very easily. I received a breast augmentation 6 days ago. I have grown restless after being sedentary for so many days. Is it a bad idea to use a seated stationary bike? I would go slowly and use little resistance. I just want to move a little. I feel great, and I have had no pain. I am just anxious that I will mess something up!
