2 years post-op - Please tell me what I can do to fix this problem and if it stems from my Rhinoplasty?

Thank you for sharing your question. I'm sorry that you're experiencing such a problem with dizziness. This question highlights the importance of long term follow up with your surgeon. Regarding swelling and discomfort: there may be an underlying issue versus normal (although slightly prolonged) healing along the right side of the nose. It would not be completely unheard of to continue to experience intermittent swelling even two years after surgery. Certain activities, foods, etc may exacerbate this issue. Although, to be sure you'll need to be examined by either your primary surgeon or another board certified surgeon that has a lot of experience with rhinoplasty and healing from rhinoplasty. Regarding the dizziness: it is highly unlikely that the dizziness is related to surgery in any way. The dizziness may be an unrelated issue that happened to start around the time of surgery. Consider consulting with a board-certified ENT (otolaryngologist) for a complete evaluation of your balance system and hearing. Hello. As I understand from the photo, you have corrected the curvature at the tip of the nose a little. This is possible with surgery. However, I can speak more clearly in photographs that are more beautiful and taken from different angles. Your age is very suitable for surgery.

Your symptoms appear to be longstanding and of significance. An in-person examination and perhaps some radiographic studies are necessary to determine the nature of the problem and to treat it.
Visit a board certified otolaryngologist for evaluation and treatment.
