Will this procedure actually address the gathering of skin by the corners of my lips? (Photos)

So I have recently had an upper and lower blepharoplasty. My original concern was for the sagging of skin, which is on the corners of my lower mouth and going down but not quite Marinette lines probably? I’m not sure what it’s considered because it’s also not in Jaws.not Joel’s.One surgeon said that I would be good for a lower facelift and neck lift, and the other one said that that would do nothing for these drooping areas. I was wondering if ELLACOR wood dress these hopefully I can send photos.
