How will this mole "shave" heal? It left a large crater on the inside, bridge of my nose.

I don't see a picture attached to the question, so it's going to be a problem responding in an intelligent fashion.It takes time for any lesion to heal properly and I've seen some of the work I've done look really scary for a few months until the body, in its wisdom makes most wounds better with time.You might go back to your physician's office and ask the doctor to examine the area.

The nose is usually quite forgiving. It is packed with sebaceous glands and since wounds heal from within the sebaceous glands and move outward onto the skin surface, healing is usually quick and often above average. However, if the shave is not performed properly,  (the physician or in your case a so called physician extender shaved well below the surface), a "divot" can form. Unfortunately, this can be permanent unless corrected. I would give this lesion some time, say a month. If it appears a divot has indeed been created, I would return and ask the physician who supervised the procedure to correct the problem.
