I pulled some weeds two weeks after submuscular breast implants & breast lift, & am worried I may have displaced the implant after reading about what can happen with overuse of the pectoral muscle in the early weeks following surgery. If this happened, would the affected breast look different?

Thank you for your pictures. At three months is unlikely that your significant change in your breast. Your result is not bad overall. I would seek reevaluation by a plastic surgeon if you truly have one breast that is bigger than the other and seek revision for that breast. Good luck.
Is highly unlikely the symptoms you described as a result of a failed silicone implant. The capsule of forms around each and every implant invariably will contain all of the silicone. Molecular amounts only would ever make it beyond the capsule.
