It is possible to reduce the buttocks with liposuction (with or without laser), but exercise and weight loss may provide what you are seeking without the potential problems of buttock liposuction.  You may wish to try that first and if you don't see the result you want, seek a surgeon experienced with buttock liposuction (it's trickier than doing the enlargement procedure).
