Round 2 BBL advice. Do I have enough fat? Will round 2 give me more projection? (Photo)

Ideal candidates are at a stable weight,  in good health , and have excess fat in some parts of the body and too little in other regions.  Gaining weight before the procedure is to no advantage and when you lose weight again the fat cells will shrink just like the donor site fat cells.  Typically, the transferred fat results in a significant increase in volume of the body site being treated.

Hi Zaman,Thank your for your question and photos.  Clearly adding more fat to your buttock would add more projection, but this does not guarantee a better result.  BBL is just as much about contouring, as it is about volume.  In some respects, less is more.  From your photos, it is difficult to determine your result.  I would recommend you review your pre and post op photos with your plastic surgeon, to determine how things have settled in regards to your size and shape.  If you are interested in liposuction of the areas you mentioned, then I would consider those 3 areas.  How much fat could be harvested, would be based on an exam and even then would be an estimate.  I generally harvest twice what I need due to reduction with processing.Hope that helps.Best,Dr. B

Hello and thank you for your questions and  photos.It does appear you have more fat that can be used to further augment your buttocks.  This will improve the contour when grafted to specific areas.  Projection can be improved as well.The most important factor will be, what is your ultimate goal?  It seems that you want to be very large with a great deal of projection.  These limits are going to be determined by what fat you have available.   An in person consult will help to determine what will be possible for you to achieve.
