I have had 5 R:pairs done at 70mj-60%, with the last in 2011. I am a 67 year old man who is considering a facelift as a retirement gift to myself when I turn 70. Also is it logical to have Botox in conjunction with Ultheraphy for the forehead?

I would not recommend having ultherapy as it can trigger your neuralgia. It is not worth the potential pain especially if you are currently asymptomatic.
