How can I tighten up loose skin under my chin? (photos)

I've noticed the last few years that the skin under my chin is starting to sag and look loose. I'm starting to get self conscious about it and was wondering what would be the best course of action to address this. Is there a non surgical option? If not, what sort of surgery wold correct this? Am I just being overly self conscious about something that most people wouldn't even notice? Thank you in advance for your time and advice.

I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if there is skin laxity. Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. It appears from the limited photos that you do have excess skin and perhaps some fat deposit below your chin. There are several options for this condition. The amount of skin usually determines the best treatment. With a small amount of skin, minimally invasive THERMI or laser liposuction can be performed because this will produce skin tightening. When there is truly excess skin, then a facelift or necklift is a better choice. Good luck

So you have two notable reasons, namely, slightly ageing skin and soft tissues under the neck and a weak chin. The two of these together make this sagging much more readily obvious. The options therefore include sucking out any fat using local anaesthetic micro liposuction and augmenting the tip of the chin to create more length to the jawline. This an be done with any filler product non surgically or the fat generated from the liposuction if that is fat that we see. Hope that helps, Adam Goodwin

From the limited photographs, it appears that there is fatty deposits in the neck and loose skin, but that must be confirmed at the time of an examination/ consultation. It's also important to look at the elasticity of the skin and the patient's age. When the skin tone is adequate, a necklift can be performed. Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years.  From the photos, your chin is weak and there is excess fat and skin below the chin.  When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin".  
 Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck.  Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision.  
 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut segments of bone).  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery with removal of excess fat and skin from below the chin.
