I had upper blepharoplasty in September -22. Post surgery, I struggled for a while to properly close my left eyelid at night. After the residual swelling subsided around January this year, I noticed the arrival of crepey or wrinkly, thin skin on my eyelids that wasn’t present before (see pre op pic). I’ve read that lasers or peels can help to tighten the skin, but I’m also worried that this might cause ectropion? What would be the best method to address the wrinkles without risk of ectropion?
