I've had labiaplasty a decade ago, want to do it again plus vaginal rejuvenation and now fear my vagina may have abnormalities?

Your internal vagina appears to be normal . Your previous labiaplasty left you with some scallops and separations. As the inventor and innovator of the wedge technique in 1994, I reconstruct many women who have had labia reductions by other surgeons, both wedge and trimming techniques​. You appear to have had a trimming labiaplasty, which resulted in asymmetry, scalloping, and irregularities. The reconstruction is much more difficult than a primary labiaplasty and should be done by a plastic surgeon with extensive experience in labia reconstruction. I published the first and most extensive paper on labia reconstruction in the prestigious journal "Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery" about ten years ago. You will need various reconstructive techniques to give you a good appearance. You can have a much better appearance by a very skilled reconstructive labiaplasty surgery. Approximately 40% of the surgeries I perform are revisions of other surgeons' labiaplasties. I would probably use wedge excisions to reduce your labia, eliminate many of your scallops, and improve symmetry. You only get one good chance to reconstruct you, so be patient and ask a lot of questions.

Your photo shows nothing abnormal. Your story about urination requires an examination in person. The labia minora are not enlarged except for two tiny peaks of tissue near the clitoral hood. That too is pretty normal although the peaks could be reduced with a mini labiaplasty. As for vaginal rejuvenation, that's a vague term and you need to specify exactly what you want to accomplish.

Vaginal rejuvenation is not a specific procedure but the results of any one of a number of procedures that make the vagina more youthful. Surgical vaginal reconstruction can be done at the same time whereby nonsurgical procedures (Thermiva or Mona Lisa) would be done separately You definitely should get multiple opinions and thoroughly review photos and reviews before deciding who and what you want

Vagina may change depending on age and hormones. If you think your labia has grown after the first surgery, it can be revised together with vaginoplasty. I did not see any abnormality with the vagina and urethra.
