Nipples too high? (Photo)

I would have to agree with the others that in my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation procedures, it's your implants that look to low, not your nipples. In all likelihood, your inframammary fold was manipulated to drop too low, although sometimes anatomically this sort of thing just happens without a good explanation.  I would voice this concern to your plastic surgeon ASAP, so that he/she can try some early non operative intervention (taping, underwire bras, etc) before you have to resort to operatively correcting her it (which I wouldn't recommend until you are at least 6-12 months post-op). Please note that no skin was removed (or added) between your nipples and your collarbones, which means your nipples did not change position. So your nipples are neither "too high" nor "acceptable"--your implants are too low. Either they started out that way, or more likely started out with a good nipple/mound relationship, and then dropped with scar softening and gravity. (Funny thing, gravity. It affects 100% of patients!)I think raising your creases via internal sutures and wearing a supportive bra day and night for at least 3 months will yield an improvement by raising your implant position and improving mound/nipple relationship. You should check the costs with your surgeon, as well as his/her willingness to proceed, and a discussion regarding likelihood of success. It's easier to start (at the initial surgery) a bit high and plan on gravity and scar stretch, rather than put the implants where you think they should be and hope that a bra will "hold them" in position, or that gravity won't apply. Just my way. But you're a perfect example of why I have that reasoning and approach. Your appearance won't get better over time, BTW. That darn gravity! If you saw me, I'd recommend re-operation. Thank you for sharing your question.  I am not sure of the full details of your procedure but it appears that your implants may be sitting too low on your chest.  This may have resulted from lowering of your breast creases or your implants bottoming out.  I would recommended voicing your concerns to your surgeon so that an appropriate diagnosis can be made.  

and yours appear to be doing that... but you  have a bottom heavy appearance.  Discuss your concerns with your surgeon as there are fixes that can shorten the bottom pole from a  plication in the office to returning to the OR to elevate your fold slightly.

It bothers you. So fix it. Your implant needs to be repositioned and you need to secure higher level for your inframammary crease.
