I have white spots and lumps after lip fillers, will these go?

I had restalyn lip fillers 7 days ago and now my lips are lumpy and have developed a white bubble looking spots. I am panicking as i have had lip fillers before and this has never happened? What would you suggest? It's making me very anxious and it looks awful. Do i need to see my doctors? Will these ever go? Has this happened to anyone before?
