You can get a great result with fillers injected with cannula.  There is very little downtime with this technique.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Based on your one photo I would recommend using Retylane filler with a cannula technique to improve your tear troughs.  Good Luck!

Although your picture has only partial view of your eyes and face, it appears that you have good skin quality and a mild to at most moderate tear trough deformity.  Someone with good skin quality, mild dark pigmentation, and a mild tear trough deformity can potentially have good results with hyaluronic acid filler injections.  Restylane and Belotero are most suited for this region of the face.  It can be a tricky area to inject, so choose a iphysician that is very skilled and experienced with treating this region do the face.   

Based on your limited picture, I believe you are a good candidate for HA filler treatment of the tear trough deformity. This is a highly skilled procedure and should only be performed by a qualified and experienced physician. Your due diligence prior to treatment will save you a great deal of anguish and anxiety after.

From this limited photo I think you are a good candidate for filler to correct the tear trough deformity which you have under the left (& I assume under your right) eye.  It is extremely important to go to a well qualified physician with experience in this region.  The right kind of filler is important as well.  I like Restylane for this area.
