Answer: Hollow/sunken eyes treatment options? Dear ajewel98Injection of fillers can help improve the appearance of your lower eyelids and the transition to your cheek with consistent results. I use restylane for the tear trough deformity with good and reliable results.

Answer: Lower eyelid / tear trough filler From your photos, it does appear that you would be a good candidate for fillers to the tear trough area and lower eyelid/periorbital areas. It is important to go to a skilled injector and physician when having this area treated and to use the correct product for the injections. I recommend using Restylane or Restylane Silk in this area because it has a low hyaluronic acid concentration and swells or attracts less swelling or "tissue water" to this area. Most HA fillers run anywhere from $550-750 per syringe and they are completely reversible with hyaluronidase, if you are unhappy. Expect some mild-moderate swelling for a few days and some possible bruising, but bruising can also be reduced using a blunt microcannula (which I recommend) for injecting this area.
