Is dizziness, head pressure, and ear popping normal after surgery?

I recently had a deviated septum and inferior and middle turbinate reduction. I was only in pain for 2 days with very minimal bleeding, which is great! I can't make any sudden movements because I'm always so dizzy. I have slight head pressure, which comes and goes. I can barely hear and my ears are constantly popping. Is it because of the stints in my nose? Thanks.

After a septoplasty and turbinate surgery is normal to have swelling in the nasal and pharynx area, and this swelling can obstruct a little the Eustachian tube, and the symptoms are the headache or pressure, dizziness, the popping on the ears when you open or close the mouth, and hearing problems. Check with your surgeon about this, and what options you have to decrease the symptoms.
