My nose looks bigger and wide from the bottom than before my septoplasty surgery.i was told that my bone was also cracked and it was quite difficult for the doctor to cut the extra bone and give it a good position ..now its been 4 month of post septoplasty i have better breathing and straight nose but my nostrils are wider than before and looks big..will it go down

I do not recommend smoking after your nasal surgery. It may delay your wound healing and may cause complications that could be avoided. I would consult your surgeon to discuss his/her preferences.

You are right that common graft used for internal valve collapse is a spreader, but this style of graft usually doesn't affect how the nose will look externally. If you really don't like the tip of your nose, you can do tipplasty together with the other nose procedure.
