Hi Lucij.I don't think you can develop a seroma suddenly 11 weeks after tummy tuck. It's far more likely that a seroma has been present all this time since your surgery. If it's suddenly growing bigger then you need to speak with your plastic surgeon right away.On the other hand, you may just be swollen, which is far more common. I would see your PS for an examination. If there is doubt an USS scan is often a non invasive way of determining whether there is a seroma or not.
