I am a very active person and mother of two toddlers. Yesterday I was POD 8 and my husband unexpectedly had to leave town and my sister who had been helping me also did. I did the very least I could and but still was up and about a lot and today POD 9 I am very very sore. I even feel like I pulled a groin muscle How much is too much ??? Am I over doing it ?? Doc said not to lift more then 5 lbs and I’m staying in that but I’m terrified of somehow damaging my results. I had muscle/hernia repair too.
