Most patients usually have at least modest bruising. Heavy bruising should be checked out by your surgeon to make certain there is not a deep hematoma. From the photograph I don't see anything that is particularly alarming but don't be modest about calling the surgeon's office for an examination.

Your bruising looks very typical for 6 days after a breast reduction. The firmness and approximate sizes of the breasts are also important when checking for a hematoma. If you have concerns you should be examined by your physician or a provider in the practice.
