I appear very top heavy. I experience much back pain related to an injury at work, and also documented back pain r/t heaviness before the accident. With diet and exercise, there isn't much change in breast size. I usually weigh between 142-136 lbs. I am 5'4" (I need a size 12 - 14 on top, and a size 4 jeans). I am uncomfortable, and self conscious to the point I almost hate to leave the house! What can I do?
