Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and I am sorry to hear of your suture related issue.  At times long-lasting sutures can work themselves up to the skin surface and "spit."  These are best treated with removal by your surgeon to avoid the periods of inflammation that can ensue.  Your surgeon should be supplying you with the necessary instructions on wound care.  Hang in there.

Hello.Sorry for the delayed healing process, but stay the course-- you will heal up, and in a few more months it will not be a problem anymore.The best thing to do is follow the advice of your doctor-- she knows you best.Good luck.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing a complication of your procedure. You may have a hypersensitivity to the suture material. Absorbable sutures may create a degree of inflammation. The body may deal with the irritant by either digesting the foreign material or ejecting it at the surface. This appears confirmed by the fact that it is occurring in various places along the suture line. Make a note to obtain the name of the material to ensure it is not used on you again.
You may require several sessions of suture fragment removal. Continue followup care with your plastic surgeon. Your overall result should be excellent!
